HTG12864-20R-01Y-28C10-V02 is a 1.8-inch 128x64 pixel monochrome graphic dot matrix COG (chip on glass) LCD display with a white background. It integrates the ST7567 controller and the efficient four-wire serial SPI interface, which can seamlessly adapt to mainstream microcontrollers such as 8051, PIC, AVR, Arduino, ARM and Raspberry Pi. Its compact COG structure is equipped with an FPC connector (optional convenient ZIF plug-in solution), which greatly simplifies the assembly process and supports rapid integration into the driver board. The module ensures stable operation in various harsh environments with its high contrast display, wide operating temperature range and built-in white LED backlight.
The semi-transparent and semi-reflective optical design is the core advantage of this display: clear and energy-saving display effect is achieved through reflection in natural light environment, and high readability is maintained in low light conditions with the help of backlight penetrating the polarizer, truly achieving excellent visual performance in all-weather and all-light scenes. As an important member of the dot matrix COG series, this product line provides a variety of display solutions, including gray background blue text, white background black text, black background white text and blue background white text, and supports STN (+) / STN (-) / FSTN (+) / DFSTN (-) multiple driving modes. Users can also flexibly select 6:00 or 12:00 direction as the golden viewing angle according to the installation direction of the device to optimize the visual experience.
