HTG12864-20R-01Y-28C10-V02 is a 128x64 graphic dot matrix COG LCD, 2.2 inch yellow-green background, 128x64 pixel monochrome COG (chip on glass) LCD display module, using ST7567 controller, compact size, high contrast, wide operating temperature range, equipped with white LED backlight, STN blue LCD, FPC connection, optional ZIF connector and four-wire serial SPI interface.
This series is a dot matrix COG (chip on glass) series, it comes with FPC, users can easily assemble and disassemble this COG with the driver board, the same series of products we also provide gray background blue text, white background black text, black background white text, or blue background white text and other color options, corresponding can also choose according to demand to use STN (+) / STN (-) / FSTN (+) / DFSTN (-) and other modes. The viewing angle can be adjusted, 6:00 or 12:00 direction is the best viewing angle.
This 128x64 graphic dot matrix COG LCD is a semi-transmissive and semi-reflective version. This display can be clearly read by the viewer regardless of the lighting conditions. In a natural light environment, the viewer can reflect the light and feed the content back to the viewer, allowing the viewer to read effectively. In the absence of natural light, under the action of the backlight, the semi-transmissiveness of the polarizer allows the light source to pass through, and the viewer can still read the display content clearly.
It can be easily controlled by microcontrollers such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM and Raspberry Pi.
